What's up y'all! Josh here, real estate professional, dad to the best son and self-proclaimed chef when time (and ingredients) allow. Raleigh local with roots well through Eastern North Carolina.
My real estate journey began in 2018 on the coast of Wrightsville Beach, where I helped people find more than just houses. Helping them with life changing decisions with peace of mind. In 2020, when the world changed and some personal family challenges reshaped my priorities, I made the move to Raleigh to build something stronger for myself and my family.
